Pride Month commemorates the 1969 Stonewall Uprising in New York, a series of six days of protests against police brutality that launched the gay rights movement. Get to know the history behind Pride and activists like Marsha P. Johnson, Sylvia Rivera, Miss Major, Stormé Delarverie and Leslie Feinberg.

- Black and Latinx contributions to the Stonewall Uprising in 1969
- S.T.A.R. House (Street Transvestite Action Revolutionaries)
- An interview with Miss Major, trans woman activist and community leader for transgender rights, with a particular focus on women of color
