Baltimore's imperative: $15/hr

Our City Council passed a $15 minimum wage bill. Our mayor vetoed it. Now the council threatens to squander an opportunity to override that veto. Meanwhile, the cheapest rent in Baltimore requires $16.37/hr pay.

CEO Kevin Lindamood on why we need that law. And, btw...If Health Care for the Homeless can commit to and maintain a base hourly wage of $16.65/hr, shouldn't Baltimore City be able to swing $15/hr? Anything less won't come close to making a dent in homelessness...
