What: Roxana Orellana Santos is a CASA leader and civil rights activist who was arrested by deputies of the Frederick County Sheriff's Department in 2008. Even though Roxana's constitutional rights were violated, her initial arrest triggered regular check-ins with Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE). Join Roxana, CASA and other supporters when she checks in with ICE on August 7 and fight help fight for her right to stay in this country.
